Automate and maintain routine IT tasks and workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make; optionally leverage AWS where appropriate.
Manage centralized device administration using Jamf Mobile Device Management (MDM) and maintain accurate asset inventory in Snipe-IT.
Develop, maintain, and improve internal technical documentation and support guides.
Monitor internal systems and end-user environments to ensure stable and uninterrupted operations.
