Build & Execute
Design, implement, and own our new event-driven data architecture on AWS.
Get your hands dirty: write code, build pipelines, optimize queries - you're not just directing, you're building.
Implement and manage a modern data stack that scales with our growth.
Data Integrity & Governance
Establish and enforce robust data governance, quality, and observability practices to ensure our data is accurate, compliant, and trustworthy.
Design systems with compliance baked in (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Unlock Value
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to unlock the value of our data.
Enable advanced analytics, real-time dashboards, and machine learning capabilities.
Mentor & Grow
Lead a small team, starting with mentoring our Data Analyst and growing the team as we scale.
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Help your team members grow into strong data engineers.
