You will own the strategy, vision, hands-on execution of our most critical user-facing systems and the automation that powers them. This is not a role for someone who sits in meetings and writes roadmaps. You will roll up your sleeves and build. You'll be a deep domain expert who understands what users really need - often better than they do themselves. You'll listen between the lines, identify pain points that users don't articulate, and design solutions that simultaneously improve their experience and eliminate manual work.
You'll work across three interconnected systems: client onboarding, the client portal, and the internal operations portal. You'll quickly prototype concepts and wireframes, design user flows, analyze data to find bottlenecks, and work alongside engineers to ship features. You'll dive into workflows, untangle them, and rebuild them as frictionless experiences that work for both external clients and internal teams. We're looking for a builder who can see the full picture, obsess over every detail, and know when to challenge what users ask for in favor of what they actually need.
